- Thick marker, please. The colour of the pen is whatever has the best contrast against the album cover. Normally I prefer black, but since the album cover goes from navy blue to blue and then back to navy blue, with the swan in the middle, black is probably a bad choice. Visibility is key.

Must be full-band line-up at the time (Billy Gould, Mike Patton, Mike Bordin, Roddy Bottum, Jim Martin). Signatures must be on the front sleeve (not the disc itself or the back). Any pressing of the album is fine (I'm not concerned about rereleases or anything), but it has to be the typical cover. (Not sure if there are any wildly different variant covers, though.)
