There is always the problem of finding trustworthy people to entrust with special items. i entrusted him with my drawings to have them signed. He responded to every question fast and professional. He gave me the feeling that he knew what he had to do. The result exceeded my expectations. You can see the difference to others dealers and sellers in the autograph industry / hobby. He has the enthusiasm and the desire to help people like me to get special items signed. Just a perfect Seller! He is very trustworthy and always reliable. The prices have always been fair. It doesn't get any better than that. One of the best!

I was recommended Craig through a friend who had previously had items signed for him & I used him myself for 2 items on 2 separate occasions so I feel my feedback is honest but fair.

I contacted him & our communication was great, back & forth I really felt he was attentive & I was happy to give him my business. The 1st signing came & although I did not get exactly what I wanted I feel it would be unfair to lay this on Craig as this was something out of his control.

2nd item I naturally chose Craig to do business with again as my first experience was good. Messages were again back & forth & I felt confident with the whole thing. The signing came & it appeared to me he took on too many orders as the service definitely slipped. First of all I didn’t get my quote that I had asked for nor did I get my COA that I had paid for & to top it off it wasn’t even Craig that got my item signed it was his friend. I felt after me not getting my 1st item the way I wanted he may of made my 2nd more of a priority to be right. Unfortunately not & I was again left, disappointed. I also seen a pattern of people that have used Craig several times receiving their items with quotes etc, just the way they wanted and asked for, so this leaves me doubt to why on both occasions I didn’t get what I wanted.

I will also add that with the return of my 2nd item we were caught in the postal strikes which is of course no fault to Craig but when I was waiting on my item I had reached out looking mainly for some reassurance of what the outcome would be if the item did not arrive & I was never given any straight answer from Craig. When my item finally did arrive after 5 weeks I then had to source the COA from somewhere else.

I will be looking elsewhere for any future signings as my experience has definitely left a sour taste. I think my feedback is fair and I was asked for my honest feedback by Craig personally, he may not agree but this is maybe something he can reflect on & work to improve for future custom.

Cannot recommend Craig enough. Not only is he very quick with his replies but his service is brilliant. With such short notice Craig was able to fit me in to get a clockwork orange funko signed by Malcom McDowell for me for one of my friends. Even though Craig was already really busy with other orders he found time to fit in my order and it turned out perfectly. Postage back to me was just as good as it come perfectly packaged and protected. Could not be happier! If you are after anything signed then Craig is your guy.

Craig is my GO-TO for any conventions, signings or just signed merch in general. He makes the process so simple and clean, his rates are super reasonable and if for any doubt, he is unable to help - he knows the direction to send you.
