Richard Starks (born February 21, 1990) is an American professional wrestler currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he performs under the ring name Ricky Starks. He is a former one-time AEW World Tag Team Champion and a former one-time FTW Champion. Starks is also known for his time with the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), where he was the inaugural winner of the revived NWA World Television Championship.
