I got into collecting through my father. He was always big into sports and even though I was not a crazy sports fan we bonded through his love of collecting which he got me into. We used to go to the Philadelphia Phillies stadium after the game ended and wait in the parking lot to get players autographs and even though I didn’t love sports I loved being able to meet the players and have them sign things for us. Since all those years ago my dad and I now do conventions and shows where we collect both pop culture and sports autographs. We even text each other when ever we get a new item.
